Free standing if you want the sign to sit on a counter top, shelf etc.  (most popular)
Or a adhesive hook and bumpers should you want to attach to a wall.
 
Artwork - If you want to provide artwork please provide it A5 with 3mm bleed. If none of this makes any sense just add a note and I will be in touch to advise.
 
If you want me to create - please advise what wording you would like, and if you want a logo on and can provide.
(If I have done work for you already I will likely have your logo and branding colours.)
