FAQ  

Please be aware of the following small but important points. 

1:ORDERS

Any artwork provided, including logos, photos and content supplied to LittlePrintHouse is supplied by you the customer on the understanding that permission has been granted by the owner of the logo or trademark for use in any printed item.  I accept no responsibility for the misuse of any logo which has been provided. You must obtain consent for use.

All printed products will be printed only on approval of proof provided. Little Print House can not be held accountable for any error which is printed which was approved on the proof.  Non-faulty goods. We cannot accept returns of Non-Faulty goods because the products have been personalised or customised specifically for you.This does not affect your statuatory rights.

2:DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital downloads are available immediately after checkout however if your item requires personalisation then your personalised file will be provided to you within two working days. Working Days are Monday - Friday

Proofs are provided prior to print and specification details are provided on your order. Due to print being personalised returns are not accepted in the case of an error which has been approved by the customer. If you have a problem with your order please take a phot of the issue and email me to enable us to rectify.

 

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. It is required that someone is there to receive delivery. If you have provided a mobile number with your order may be used to notify you of a delivery slot. Little print house can not be held responsible for any issues regarding delivery however we will of course look into any issues which you may of experienced. 

Statutory rights re not affected by any of the above.
